  • Unused, unworn, and free from damage

  • Original tags are attached and packaging remains intact

  • A receipt or valid proof of purchase is provided

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status and issue a refund to your original payment method.
Please note: original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs may apply.

Eligible Return Reasons

  • Spelling or design errors made by our team

  • Incorrect color sent compared to the original order

  • Stains, marks, or defects found upon arrival

  • Any other issue caused by our production or fulfillment process

Non-Returnable Cases

Returns will not be accepted for the following reasons:

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer

  • Wrong design or print option chosen at checkout

  • Spelling errors in custom text provided by the customer
