We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please review the information below.

Order Changes

If you would like to change your order details, including size, color, or shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible. Order changes can only be made before the order enters production or is shipped.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes may no longer be possible.

Order Cancellation

Order cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. After this time, orders may already be in processing or production and cannot be canceled.

If your cancellation request is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Custom or Personalized Orders

Custom or personalized items cannot be canceled or changed once production has started.

• Order number

• The requested change or cancellation
